Dream Center Peoria (DCP) exists to Impact families living in poverty, starting with kids and youth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Office Manager is responsible for the day to day functions of the office as well as core bookkeeping responsibilities.   

Specific responsibilities of the Office Assistant will include:

  • Assist with Biweekly Payroll

  • Weekly bill payments

  • Process weekly deposits

  • Maintenance of Donor management system

  • Oversight of DCP Credit Cards

  • Purchasing

Additional Responsibilities:

To perform other tasks that are directed by the Business Manager that are necessary for the success of Dream Center.   

All positions are reviewed 30 and 60 days from the start date, with periodic reviews after that.
